Twedex tour staff are there to ensure everyone in your group remains on schedule and has a fun and memorable experience. To ensure this happens, group leaders must take full responsibility for the behaviour and safety of all group members under the age of 18 throughout the trip, especially during down time and in public areas.
Do I need travel insurance?
Twedex provides comprehensive travel insurance for all groups travelling from the Middle-East. Families are asked to read through the policy in detail to ensure all details are correct.
Groups travelling overseas from the UK are welcome to arrange their own travel insurance – parents should liaise with the school/club group leader to confirm arrangements. Alternatively Twedex can include a price for travel insurance in your package – please let us know if you’d like this to be included from the outset.
