This week a group of Year 7 students from RGS Guildford Dubai are in the UK as part of their annual cultural and educational exchange, where they will experience life at Royal Grammar School, Guildford and take in some of the best parts of the south of England.
After a day of travelling from Dubai, the RGS students spent time in Portsmouth where they explored the coastal city’s historic dockyard before heading to London to tour Shakespeare’s Globe and an take in afternoon and evening of musical theatre with the West End’s ever-popular Wicked the Musical.
This year’s tour has lots to look forward to with the students spending time at their sister school in Guildford before taking on the local students in some fun football matches.
